Chowly has a great setup for people that don’t need to live in an expensive coastal city and want a good work life balance. It is a sales first culture with inbound leads and supportive leaders. They have gone through some financial hardships like most companies in the space, but they do the best they can to keep people happy and the leadership is genuinely good, hardworking people. It’s SMB restaurant sales, so lots of quick deals which keep people buzzing.
