Total compensation is a strong lie. They include spiffs and some numbers that they seem to make up and no one can explain it, even management. High turnover so beware. If you have any experience in sales, you will be able to find something that makes you happier and where you will have more success.

Strong leadership, new AI tools are a breath of fresh air and really helps make me more efficient. Platform product is awesome, however it’s been hit or miss on outcomes. Some massive gains with clients, others not so much.
