There is no product market fit. The base is high but the likelihood of hitting OTE is so unattainable. There are currently no sales reps that have been at the company for more than a year because they continue to rip and replace the sales function.

I've had a great experience at Lunchbox. Some of the reviews are from employees that under performed. I started off in a lower role and worked hard to move up. Since then, it's been crazy at times but if you're organized, it's a phenomenal place to work.
