I wouldn't say it's challenging to sell against competitors. Your biggest sale is against the status quo, as nearly all restaurants you'll be selling to have some sort of online takeout ordering process in place. Deep discovery conversations are the key to selling, not product features.

Selling against competitors there is just about differentiating between the value offering and focus of each company.  Most of these restaurants are getting so beat up they often will try multiple services at once.  Your biggest competitor will be Toast, but honestly there are so many Resto's that it's more of a spray and pray approach and high volume quick transactional sales.
