Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.

Pay is initially heavily dependent on territory, but even if you start off with a disadvantage, they have opportunities to learn how to leverage your territory to level out compensation. Highly recommend, especially for a first b2b position.
