Current Employee Local management is everything and is why I stayed as long as I did. Systems and processes are out of date and executives are slow to change. Lots of cold calling and door knocking, products are overpriced compared to competitors in the space so you are constantly either sacrificing commission or sales. Training is fantastic and overall it was good experience but they need to adapt to modern work environments and listen to field reps on challenges we are facing.
