It was a great company with strong potential, and I truly enjoyed the work itself. Unfortunately, I found that leadership dynamics created challenges, favoritism and blurred boundaries between management and team members affected consistency and expectations.. When a C-level leader tells you that your new C-level leader is toxic, believe them.
