Former Employee When it comes to features, CircleCI is on par with GitHub and GitLab, but good luck getting time with a VP of Engineering or CTO to talk about switching over. Most engineers aren’t feeling any real pain with their current setup, and CircleCI’s messaging still feels stuck in the Jenkins era from 2011—which makes it tough to even start a meaningful conversation.
Bottom line: I’d steer clear.
