Horrible...I was told my quota could he hit in 4 large deals...not knowing that all the large deals were brought in by friends of high level people. Only I met quota bc of luck the rest didn't do a single deal and as of now they are still at 0. The technology pivoted and we were giving away things for leads and still couldnt close
