Culture at the team level is great. Sadly our execs are highly brainwashed and distracted by DEI, rather than our products. Compensation is ok, but can be amazing in a good year. Unfortunately quotas get raised consistently which makes it difficult to make significant $$ year after year.

Cisco had a culture of the most senior person in the room was the smartest and had the best idea. It did not allow for creativity. Politics were the vogue, every day and if you were not politically aligned correctly, you were ostracized.
