Former Employee Having dedicated many years to the company, I have a deep understanding of its local (Swedish) organizational structure. While the parent company, based in the U.S., has a broad and diverse global reputation, I found the local branch's dynamics to be considerably different. My personal experience led me to perceive a lack of diversity and inclusivity at the local level, which sometimes manifested in practices and behaviors that did not foster a positive working environment. This, unfortunately, made it difficult for employees to voice their concerns or divergent opinions without apprehension. I believe there's significant room for improvement in terms of fostering an open, diverse, and psychologically safe workplace.
