While direct managers and leadership has been overwhelmingly supportive, there has been insane roadblocks at every step of the way for promotions. Even when promotion criteria is hit, teams outside of the sales org have made it increasingly frustrating to reach these goals. The team is awesome to work with and the personal development is great, but good luck getting to an Account Executive role with your performance alone. Wins are celebrated and recognition is given often. Everything you want from a sales role is here. Can't say the same for growth.

My experience has been interesting. Leadership is basically great salesman that were made into managers not managers who are good at managing. The pay is crap and they pick and chose who gets merit raises, even if you hit goal many years in a row you might not get a raise.
