Current Employee ClassPass culture used to be the best of the best - a fun and challenging work environment, invested, people-first leaders, and endless opportunities for career advancement.
As the company has grown, the focus has shifted to getting sales people to increase their output with drastic cuts to comp. The changes have been disheartening and de-motivating. Feels like the company is selling out at the chance to IPO. No regard for the talent and loyal top performers who have been an integral part of growing the platform to what it is now.
