Former Employee Very good culture within the ADR teams as a whole. Frustrating lack of upward Mobility even with consistent performance. Only one SDR was internally promoted to AE since I started there in 2022. All other AE's since then were externally brought in. Company was recently acquired by an investment team and has created more of a disconnect between the C-Suite and other departments. Recently went through a round of layoffs where candidates were informed of termination at 2:00PM and had their whole entire laptops wiped by 4:00PM. No heads up or chance at a PIP. Product is actually really good, but is more of a "Want to Have" and not a "Need to Have." Also relatively expensive.
