Former Employee1.6Aug 12, 2025Even more saturated than before. Too many low quality leads that eat up time and leads nowhere - most opps that fit our icp are already assigned or in the system and worked over and over again. Need to broaden value prop to expand pool of potential prospects.

However product depends on the economy, hard to compete during a slow time and management constantly changes compensation plans. Lots of pressure to hit qouta and a bit of micro managing when company is not doing well.
