Things have slowed down considerably for sales at Clozd. They let go of the entire SDR org of 20 people. Very little pipeline generation after much effort from everyone. Product is not a must-have and the primary buyers are tech companies who are cutting back a ton right now. Only guys who have been there for a while are doing okay. They are micro-managing in 2023 by spreadsheet managing every little cold-outbound metric you can think of. May get a little better in 2024 but management is looking for reasons to let people go as there is not enough production for how many reps they have.

Great leadership and product market fit/vision. Clozd is like any other Utah company and they think they have competitive pay. Inbound lead flow struggles and the company's infancies show at times ie. overhiring.
