Strengths: Comp structure is good. The product is amazing. Building a category is tough but fun. People are great. ICP is clear and typically has the purse to get things done (CRO/CMO). Struggles: The Leadership is largely inexperienced. Good former reps, but leadership is a steep learning curve. Clear, effective, professional communication is a challenge. Strategy is unclear. Tactical execution is distracted and haphazard. Summary: Great product, good pay, good people, high upside, inexperienced leadership learning on the job leads to a "two left feet" feel that can often be frustrating.

Great people, exciting product / service. Unfortunately perceived as nice to have, not recession-proof. When inbounds dried up, major issues with quota expectations and attainment. Org trying to pivot without much resources or training for reps.
