People who work their are great but the Sales Org clearer direction of expectations for its reps. Inbound leads are not enough to get you to quota expect hitting around 50-60% of the OTE number + Base.

Very little enablement, if you go against their ideas you get fired, turnover is at an all time high, blatant favoritism with no reasoning, extreme micromanagement
