Don't expect much when it comes to professional development, hit the ground running type of on boarding either sink or swim. People who work their are great but the Sales Org clearer direction of expectations for its reps. Inbound leads are not enough to get you to quota expect hitting around 50-60% of the OTE number + Base.

ICs are awesome. Fantastic team, very close that respect each other. Unfortunately sales leadership is the completely opposite. Very little enablement, if you go against their ideas you get fired, turnover is at an all time high, blatant favoritism with no reasoning, extreme micromanagement
