Current Employee The pay is pretty good, but you get hit with 100% of cancellations, so the longer you are there, the less you'll make. The product is new, and customers want to buy leads, not a subscription. It's a hard sell. The culture is quite toxic, and there are inconsistent rules of engagement and factors that affect commissions. The commission structure is extremely complex, and new components are constantly added, making it almost impossible to calculate.
