CoachHub is a great company! The support for the US is not there currently. Targets are not aligned with current org goals, however, management seems conscious of this. There is no management directly in the US as the majority of the team is overseas, and there is turbulence just about every month or so. Unless you’re a unicorn, volume will not get you to quota. (1,000+ cold calls a month and still no quota attainment) - US team hasn’t hit quota with outbound, only one month with a bunch of inbound going directly to one region.

The product is amazing but the company made some really bad choices in the new sales org , head of sales is out of her depth and killed the culture with her views and frankly poor people skills, 80 % turnover in sales is the official number but absolutely everyone left, they have now missed 3 quarters in a row and the company is in its knee, really sad but the...Read More

Wasted my lifetime. Terrible experience. Frustrating, disrespectful and disappointing leadership and HR support. I don’t recommend it to anyone. People got too ambitious and forgot their core values.
