Current Employee You'd think a company that claims to be all about supporting people's growth and developing leaders would have similar initiatives in-house, but you'd be wrong.
Instead, all you get is micro-managing beyond imagination, leaders who all disagree with one-another, complete disarray in communicating targets or even expectations, a toxic environment and literally zero perks.
Even the laptops you get are old, pre-owned PCs that belong on the trash heap.
You log in one day and see that colleagues you spoke to the day before have suddenly been deactivated, and there are never any communications about these. One day they're there, the next day, they're gone.
It's just a question of time before the current sales leaders are sacked for being incompetent. And then, a whole new cycle starts. Avoid like the plague!
