bare bones, all hunting, no leads, no bdr, must find everything yourself, they do not pay for tools like zoominfo, or LinkedIn navigator, you must use free chrome extensions to try and find contact info

Not good, no one hits quota and bad management. Very few inbound leads.

Bare compensation with no room for growth. Ramp too short to develop pipeline for attaining quota consistently. Very high turn over.
