Cogent is a great place to learn the ins and outs of B2B industry. You handle a lot of the sales cycle from beginning to end, which is different from other companies that divide the sales process among employees. I’d come to Cogent to learn or for resume benefits. Very hard to sell at Cogent and grow within the company without being there 5+ years.

Great Base salary for a GAM compared to the other competitors in telecom, but made extremely hard to find good accounts that aren't already taken, no sale in a 6 month rolling average in your first year automatically fired.
