A very lean company that tracks your hours to the minute. Even high level global and enterprise managers feel like SDRs. That said if you work extremely hard and can figure out a way to get good accounts the few products you sell are high quality.

Cogent has been good to me. But I've seen what it does to people who aren't ready for it and the vast vast majority aren't. Its a 0 support sales role but they will absolutely give you time to grow into it. If you have 5+ years to hit quota or are comfortable with the salary (which ranges massively from 50k-100k all depending on years of exp) its not a bad gig at all.
