Cogent has been good to me. But I've seen what it does to people who aren't ready for it and the vast vast majority aren't. Its a 0 support sales role but they will absolutely give you time to grow into it. If you have 5+ years to hit quota or are comfortable with the salary (which ranges massively from 50k-100k all depending on years of exp) its not a bad gig at all.

Very poorly run sales org in my opinion, with no unique value prop. Reps constantly cold call into the same set of prospect companies, creating a really bad customer experience. High-pressure, dog-eat-dog environment.
