Tougher and tougher every year. Large emphasis on selling cellphones which don’t give you much in commission. That has completely ruined the comp plan. Almost no ability to move up, you’ll get blocked trying to get promoted or go to other departments.

The company isn't a bad place to work, but the main issue is with the leadership. From VPs to local-level managers, they are condescending and misleading about job growth. It creates a demoralizing environment.
