Great product, but difficult to compete on price compared to other vendors in the IT/Telco space. Back office and sales order processes can be very challenging. Culture is great, but there's a lot of internal competition over the best accounts.

My experience was positive for the most part. The team felt like an extended family. The company gives ample opportunity to get back on track if you fall short of quotas. The base pay plus commissions and bonuses are competitive.
