Current Employee Management is terrible, they are not supportive in anyway. Multiple areas post sale usually interfere with the sale and you end up having to do double the work because of their incompetence. Team members have assigned territory but will all poach your territory. If you address the issue they target you and say you need to work harder. Lots of wasted time on meetings instead of actually doing sales. They like to micromanage. They want to turn senior account execs into a call center.
