Befitting a F100 company, earning was mediocre but steady. Good place to raise a family. Professional growth often stymied by "type-casting" and getting pigeon-holed into a specific role and promotion path. Training and development for job skills is actually probably world-class. Overall, a very fair employer and good place to work. It's just not going to make you rich or help your career go place.

The product fit in the midmarket/Enterprise space is excellent. The challenge in this role is displacing existing services through competitors is extremely difficult.
