There is a dedicated team for inbound - most BDRs don't get inbound leads. Great management and friendly environment. Remote work no longer offered - all hybrid.

RingCentral is no longer the company it used to be. The company has downsized and with less resources, less post sales support the sales reps have been impacted and they've made it more difficult to sell.
