Comcast is currently in the middle of a transition. Changing how the company operates and cuts costs to do that which is making the sales process longer, more difficult after the sale and currently lack support for the changes being made.

I’ve been with many large companies in my career and Comcast Business is by far the worst company I’ve worked for. Systems are antiquated and segmented and you will have to blunder through every step with no guidance. Currently use SFDC and aiming to migrate to Orion(MSFT) but at the same time using both of which are built on a monumental amount of duplicate accounts...Read More
