Leadership has been changing and my business line gets little to no support or resources from the leadership. Hoping that changes soon. Base pay is way too low for the amount of account management that is expected of us. Commission structure was slashed over the last year. Overall most employees are very unhappy with the direction things have been going. Hopefully this new leadership sees more value in the employees and give us more support and better compensation.

My rating is pretty specific to my product within Community Brands, as there are 40+ products split across 3-4 verticals, and every experience for each product is a bit different. Overall, my experience has been pretty poor.
