My overall experience was incredibly negative - constantly shifting goals and expectations, ridiculous quotas assigned by leadership that were missed across the board, very poor communication, zero development or training, would not recommend.

Culture is really rough. Hard to be heard. Roles unbalanced and unable to make any decisions about my book of business. New leaders trying to make changes but it's SLOW.

There is a lack of solid leadership and vision within the company. You are left to "figure out" the internal components of quoting in the CRM, asking questions from unknown hierarchies, and their inability to turn internal questions around is too time-consuming.
