Former Employee Pros: Brand new office with sponsored lunches, snacks & drinks. Company provides you with lap top & company cell phone, & prospecting tools: Zoominfo, Outreach & Wiza.
Cons: Not all territories have the same sales potential. Channel Partners need to be educated on the product which is extremely time consuming because they're already selling Veeam which owns the market share. Be sure to ask if the previous employee hit quota in the territory they will assign you. Only 2 people hit quota.
