A very competitive compensation plan, however, the targets are aggressive and not a high percentage of sales reps are hitting their targets. Product direction is strong, company has been reinvented from inside out and is tracking in a positive direction.

I’m fairness I was there during the early parts of COVID and the CEO just started. It was quite dysfunctional and my boss really was in over his head.
