Been create here so far. Manager is very chill and the compensation is good. Onboarding training is lacking, just not enough structure, but ultimately its not that hard to pick up the processes anyway. Great teammates and product is top tier.

Commvault gives you the opportunity to make a ton of money, but the inflow channel needs to be seriously developed.

Commvault thrives as an east coast company. SLED / FED seems to be strong as well. Lots of competition in the West

Overall experience has been positive, great people and a great platform. Sales engine is improving and will continue to improve - comp and sales opportunities need improvement and have improved from years past. Momentum is there and we need more people to hit our goals.
