Confluent has product market fit and is the leader in the space. Digital native, Enterprise and strategic teams bring in large deals with cool logos. I believe in Jay and he is a great founder. Overall great company but a lot to work on.

I really enjoyed working with Confluent pre IPO. After the IPO we became very concerned with profit margin. As the ecoomy and markets began to tank we became even more focused on cost cutting. We were told by the CEO in late 2022 there would be no layoffs. We had enough cash. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. 4 months later we had layoffs. We went from small start...Read More

As company grows, comp begins to lower. Deals take very long in new environment. Consumption quota is tough.
