In the early stages of discussing an acquisitions AE (entirely hunting new logos) role which will be the first of it's kind in AU. Wondering if anyone can shed light on the level of deal support (legal etc.) at confluent as this will make or break the potential of an entirely new business role.

What are the requirements to promote internally from SDR to AE?

Can anyone provide some context about the Startups & Emerging Businesses AE Role? Is this essentially the SMB position? How are you finding product fit, competition, path to quota in this role?
