My role is equivalent to an Inside Sales Rep role, and the department is a relatively new one within the last 3 years. Candidly, there's been a lot of organizational turnover in my tenure in my department/team, and so leadership hasn't been consistent. The products themselves are good, but I think there's quite a bit of competition for what Conga sells (docgen, CLM, CPQ, eSign) and I think there's over-saturation, dulling competitive edge.

The company has great products and a new platform but didn't build a strong enough brand in market. Are in the process of hiring a CMO to help address that gap.
