C-level has turned over completely in the last year or so. On our third CRO and as many comp plans. Connectwise is currently a poorly run company.

Good product fit, but expensive relative to competitors. There is a good opportunity to make money here, but the processes and backend to close deals are broken and aren't being addressed.
