When I first started it was great. Helped me understand the industry fresh out of college. As time went on it got worse, little things kept piling up. Flashforwards now where all upper management is consistently ruining the company. Many good people have jumped ship. There is no room to grow or get raises. Overall company culture has become very depressed. Upper management continues to collect checks and crack the whip on everyone below. Metrics have become even more unobtainable and now everyone has to start at zero with new territories... This company was good but has steadily shed so much good. It will probably be better in 3+ years but I'm not staying that long

Highly competitive market with competitors solution easier to trial and deploy. CW is a premium in the market. Lastly lengthly contract terms causing barriers with uncertainly in the economic climate

It’s a tough time for ConnectWise with the product taking a long time to evolve to where it needs to be to compete. Local leadership is amazing in the UK, but the ELT in the US is all over the place at the minute.
