Great company and a great opportunity it to get some AE experience, but it’s not the highest paying. They are not very competitive when it comes to that.

It's very clique to start, but onboarding was terrible. Recently they hired a new sales leadership that seems promising with more training. However, also seems very micro managy, reps are encouraged to lie in order to set meetings, so, be prepared for that.

ConnectWise is a solid entry point into the industry. The product is good, and there’s a fair amount of flexibility for reps. Pay is pretty low. However, the mix of a new C-suite with longstanding legacy managers has created a challenging and increasingly negative cultural environment. Really depends what manager you get.
