Former Employee Worked along side some great people. Comp plan designed with a cap at a certain % over quota. This cap serves to demotivate reps towards the end of a quarter. Senior management is not at all in touch with sales and account management. Too many internal meetings and not enough resources to effectively do your job (i.e. no CRM, no prospecting tools, etc.).
