This company thinks it's 2008 with it's tech stack and overall outbound sales philosophy. In-house CRM from Windows 95, worst data hygiene of any company I've ever worked for. Micromanaging based on non-revenue generating activities and a complete disconnect from the sales engineers to account managers (glorified underpaid untrained BDRs). This would be a company to skip.

Starting job out of college. Seemed like there was more promise than what was actually delivered. Still had it's perks and had great training/development, but the salary was horrible.
