Good team, great product, quota generally easy to hit because the product is strong. Zero upward mobility. If your goal is to hop into BDR role for 12-18 months (industry standard) and move up to AE, look elsewhere. 3-4 year long BDRs that are here and still no opportunity whatsoever for AE. Huge queue of BDRs waiting. Not worth time if goal is AE. Maybe in next year or so, but top performing BDR means nothing.
