Working as CSM feels great. The leadership is good, the OTE salary is competitive, and the flexibility is unparalleled.

Good colleagues, but this org is struggling to formulate a GTM strategy that will result in consistent success. The result is an increased focus on KPIs (massive calling volume) and threatening performance plans despite very few reps making quota. Not a great outlook.
