Current Employee Overall good experience for exposure to the tech industry and resume building. Good benefits and cool culture.
Downsides:
- BDR to AE path does NOT exist (exact words from management)
- Standard promotion flow is BDR -> AM -> AE. But the list of BDR's waiting to get promoted even to AM is PLENTIFUL. Do not recommend if your goal is to move up to AE. At least for time being.
- Upward mobility impossible. TOP performing BDR's (most for 3+ years) have not had any chance for promotion.
- No year-over-year raises/cost-of-living adjustments.
- Wrong people get rewarded (lowest performers).
