Continu is hands down one of the best places I've worked as a Customer Success Manager. Leadership truly cares about both customers and employees — there's a high bar, but you're supported every step of the way. The CS org is tight-knit, collaborative, and incredibly smart. Everyone is focused on driving real outcomes, not just activity. The product is strong and getting stronger, which makes our jobs easier. Customers see value quickly, and we have the flexibility to tailor our approach based on their needs. Renewals and expansions feel natural because the platform delivers real ROI. There's also a lot of transparency, both in terms of company performance and how individual contributions tie into broader goals. If you're looking to grow your career in a high-performing team without the burnout culture, Continu is a great place to be.

Wildly negative - you do not want to work for this sales team right now... This is a churn and burn sales organization with a pattern of hiring and laying off talent within 6 months. They will be coming up on the third or fourth round of hiring a sales leader and new team and then laying them all off. Lots of fake leadership posts on Glassdoor. Executive leadership...Read More
