Great product (top rated across both G2 & Gartner) but the company isn't well known and there have been a couple of mis-steps moving from founder-led sales to a broader sales team model, which is where the negative reviews have come from. Under new leadership the GTM is now humming and inbound is very healthy despite difficult market conditions.The company has also now established a foundational sales team that will be the nucleus for significant growth over the next few years.
